Additional Costs

Recital costumes will be ordered no later than the 1st week of December. There is a costume deposit of $25.00 per costumes due anytime before Saturday October 30th. You will receive a costume envelope with your child's classes listed.  Please use this envelope when making your costume payments (This is your receipt).  Families with multiple costumes this year will be asked to make monthly payments on their costumes, so they will not have such a large balance all at once. You will set this up with my secretary Michele. If no payment plan is set up, Michele will set one up for you. This is to help all of you not have such a burden at one time.  Please keep in mind no costume(s) will be allowed to leave the studio until all accounts are up to date. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.  Final balance on all costume(s) will be due by January 23rd.  All deposits are non-refundable.

Placement

Our program consists of four stages of development; Pre-School, Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. This program allows the student to progress through the various stages of learning without too much restriction due to age. Progression will depend on ability, experience, and individual proficiency. This instruction also eliminates the need for your child to jump from one class to another every year, thereby promoting consistency in the learning process. If you have any questions about classes and how this affects your child please call the studio.***NOTE: Placement is based solely at the discretion of Kathleen Johnston and her instructors.

Costume Payments - September 2010

We distribute White Envelopes to be used for making your costume(s) payments; we ask that you use this envelope when making your payments. We require a $25.00 deposit for each class that your child is in, including solo/duos. When the costumes are chosen, we will deduct the deposit from the price of each costume.

For new students, we always try to keep the price of pre-school and beginner classes as inexpensive as we possibly can. Last year prices were no more than $45.00 and we try our best not to exceed this price. As of this date, we do not know current prices since we have yet to receive any costume books and have not picked out costumes for this year. Your teachers will let you know the costume and price once they are chosen for each class. Costumes will not be picked till the end of November or early December.

Please review the times and classes on the back of your tuition envelope and make sure all classes are correct. It is your responsibility to let us know if any classes have been switched, so we order costumes correctly.

All deposits are due anytime before Saturday October 30th and are non-refundable.  To help families with multiple costumes, we suggest that you make weekly payments. This will help everyone so it is not such a big expense at one time. Please keep in mind no student will be permitted to take home their costume(s) when they arrive until all accounts are up to date. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. The final balance for all costumes will be January 23rd.
